Great book for those wanting to solidly build a mechanical trading system. All the foundations you need are here with a great introduction to Rules of designing a trading system, market behavior, trend and counter-trend, risk control, as well as several examples of trading systems.

If you get your hands on a copy from a friend of yours or buy a used one it will be a great deal. I didn’t like the expensive price for the kind of information it delivers… But, since money is a subjective matter, I leave it to your decision.
